Medigent provides a registry of all clients. Medigent:

• Stores identifiers, demographics, and other properties and attributes;
• Maintains a historical record of name and address changes;
• Maintains interrelationships, such as households and families:
• Manages program eligibility;
• Stores special pre-authorizations, documents, attachments and integrates with claims; and
• Message-based: XML, CR v2.4, and CR v3.
